A leading financial services firm in the UK is seeking a qualified funds lawyer to advise on fund formations and manage investor relationships. The role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders and requires post-qualification experience in funds law. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and preferably have experience in private equity or credit. This is a great opportunity for a funds lawyer with experience in a leading funds practice and/or asset manager to work in a fast‑growing firm across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. You will also be involved in associated matters, involving a deep level of interaction across a wide range of stakeholders across ICG.
