Responsibilities

  • Preparation of reconciliations including cash, loans, equity, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Preparation of client audit packs and assistance during audit engagements.
  • Preparation and review of information for board packs for board meetings.
  • Providing support for client teams in the migration of data to operating systems.
  • Striving for excellent client service and delivery.
  • Completing any other reasonable duties that may be assigned.

Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Fund Accountant to assist and support the Senior Manager/Manager with the accounting and administration of fund structures under supervision. This full-time role involves essential bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client support to ensure the highest quality service is delivered.

Job Duties
  • Preparation of bookkeeping for a range of fund entities
  • Preparation of reconciliations including cash, loans, equity, and intercompany reconciliations on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial reporting
  • Preparation of client audit packs and assisting the manager during audit engagements
  • Preparation and review of information for board packs for board meetings
  • Providing support for client teams in the migration of data to operating systems, ensuring the accuracy of client financial information
  • Striving for excellent client service and delivery, and helping colleagues understand the importance of excellence within the firm
  • Completing any other reasonable duties that may be assigned
