Overview

Further your career and take on a new challenge as a Functional Analyst. We are recruiting for hybrid working Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to apply their clinical knowledge in a supportive, locally owned assessment provider. As a Functional Assessor you will provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while delivering a personalised, inclusive and empathetic service for the service user.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00 (40 hours per week)

Your New Role
  • As a Functional Assessor, you will conduct 3-4 assessments per day including telephone/face-to-face assessment and report.
  • Your cases and appointments will be spread throughout the day, allowing you to have greater job autonomy to manage cases to conclusion.
  • You will assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive impairments.
  • You will have time built into your working rota for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence and team meetings.
