  • Contributing to business development, client relationships, and thought leadership
  • Supervising junior lawyers and helping grow the contentious regulatory practice
Qualifications
  • 2+ years PQE in financial services regulatory work
  • Experienced in investigations and regulatory enforcement actions involving bodies such as the FCA, PRA, FRC, or SFO
  • Skilled in advising on financial crime, market conduct, AML, bribery, and senior management governance
  • Comfortable working independently and engaging with high-value clients
  • Strong in legal drafting, analysis, and advisory work across regulatory frameworks like MAR, MiFID II, EMIR, DORA, and MiCAR
