A family-run hotel in Falfield is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager. This role requires leading the reception team, managing operations, and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be flexible with working hours. Location – The Gables Hotel, Falfield, Gloucestershire.
Hours – 37.5 hours
Days – Working 5 out of 7 days (including weekends and key holidays)
Rate of pay - £13.50
Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences? The Gables Hotel in Falfield is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure every guest enjoys a warm and professional welcome.
As Front Office Manager, you’ll be the face of our hotel, overseeing the smooth running of reception operations – from check-in and reservations to guest relations and team management as well as overseeing our night team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel at home while supporting the hotel in meeting occupancy and service goals. The Front Office Manager also acts as the key liaison between the hotel’s management team, the hotel’s owners, and Best Western, ensuring consistent standards, operational excellence and strong guest satisfaction scores.
