Your responsibilities

The focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests – from a warm welcome at check-in to a genuine farewell at departure. Your duties will include:

  1. Looking after our guests, including check-in and check-out
  2. Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings, and options
  3. Invoicing, managing payments, cash transactions, and cashing up
  4. Organisational and administrative tasks in both front and back office (e.g., managing no-shows, answering emails)
  5. Gaining interdepartmental insights by working in our multicultural teams

Your profile

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  1. Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be seeking a career change
  2. Have an excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills, and a passion for the hotel industry
  3. Be open, communicative, and fluent in English
  4. Be a team player willing to assist across departments – we achieve results together
