FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER – CAMBRIDGE (DAY SHIFTS ONLY)

Role Overview

As Front of House Manager, you will be at the heart of a vibrant, high‑footfall restaurant, leading a large and diverse front‑of‑house team and working closely with a supportive Café Manager who is invested in your development. The role offers the chance to step up into a senior operational leadership position, using your people skills, commercial awareness and passion for service to drive exceptional guest experiences. You will naturally enjoy being present on the floor, coaching supervisors, hosting guests and setting the tone for service in a fast‑paced, professional and welcoming environment.

This role would suit a Front of House Manager ready for a bigger operation, or an ambitious Assistant Manager keen to take full ownership of a large team and operation.
