A human resources service company in London is seeking a French Speaking Associate Recruitment Consultant. The role involves managing the complete recruitment process, developing client relationships, and providing excellent service to Japanese clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French with a strong understanding of Japanese culture, and will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Our recruitment team is currently looking for additional team members who have lived/worked in Japan, and/or understand Japanese culture and are passionate about supporting Japanese companies and the people who work for them, particularly in the French market. We will be happy to accept applications from candidates with limited work permit in the UK (valid for more than 1.5 years).

Salary: Basic: £25,500 + quarterly commission + profit sharing
1st year OTE = £30,000 – 33,000+
2nd year OTE = £39,000 - £45,000+

Location: London (near Bank station) with hybrid working after probation
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours between 8:30-18:30 + 1 hour lunch
