Overview

Land freight operator / road freight forwarder required for ROAD FREIGHT for an international Logistics company. This role is for the south Manchester office. The company covers a wide range of Logistics functions and works with some big names. Logistics coordinator for Road Freight (exports/imports) upto £28k.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all appropriate documentation is correct.
• Provide customs clearance instruction to import agents and suppliers / customers on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Keep the import log up to date.
• Manage all aspects of the import process within the road freight department, including the typical Freight forwarder / Land freight operator duties.
• Road freight is mainly roll on/roll off into Europe.
