We're looking for a Creative Retoucher to join our dynamic studio team on a freelance basis, bringing high-end polish and precision to visual assets for campaign, press and print across fashion and interiors.

What you'll do:

• Retouch and grade imagery for print and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Collaborate closely with art directors, shoot producers and post production teams to deliver flawless final assets
• Work across a variety of content types including large format campaign imagery, press lookbooks, and seasonal still life assets
• Maintain a high level of detail and realism while balancing creative flair and commercial appeal

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retoucher in a fast-paced studio, agency environment or freelance capacity for multiple clients
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across magazine/editorial, retail, fashion, and interior projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Capture One or Lightroom
• A sharp eye for detail, colour accuracy, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
