Equifind is partnering with a global, tech-enabled consultancy firm that is rapidly growing and looking to further bolster their finance team. Based in London, this Interim FP&A Manager role will oversee and own all their forecasting, budgeting and commercial business partnering functions.

With new service lines and offices launching globally, this high-impact role offers the chance to support the Group CFO on data and finance optimisation — with your insights directly shaping strategic decisions and driving the development of dashboards and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the company's forecast model and evolving it as the business scales
  • Manage budgeting and reforecasting cycles across all departments
  • Build P&L and cash flow plans – both short-term and long-range
  • Contribute to strategic projects with detailed scenario modelling
  • Optimize headcount planning and resource allocation across key teams
  • Provide financial input into pricing, sales strategy and market investment
  • Deliver clear performance reports, board materials and KPI tracking
  • Be a strategic partner to leadership, bringing clarity and confidence through numbers
What you'll bring to the role:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong experience in FP&A roles and expertise in building and managing highly robust financial models
  • Ideally previous experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Strategic and commercial sharpness coupled with a capacity to translate operational drivers into actionable financial plans
  • Self-sufficient, proactive and comfortable leading cross-functional planning
