Overview

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding regional business to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Finance Director, with full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and modelling across a multi-entity group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong FP&A expertise to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a high-growth organisation.

The Role
  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Build, refine, and maintain robust financial models across multiple entities
  • Deliver scenario planning to support strategic decision-making at Board level
  • Provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, ensuring forecasts and reporting drive performance
  • Work closely with management accounting teams to align models with actual results
  • Standardise reporting and improve FP&A processes across the group
The Person
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 2+ years PQE
  • Proven FP&A or financial modelling experience within a complex business
  • Strong background in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros not essential), with the ability to build and refine complex models
  • Commercially astute, able to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communicator, confident presenting to senior non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to improve processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Team management experience is not essential
