FP&A Manager

What you would do as our FP&A Manager

Reporting to the Director & Head of Finance for the Construction section, and working strictly in contact with the UK MD, you will be responsible for driving performance through insightful analysis and robust financial controls.

  • Perform monthly variance analysis, UK management reports, KPI reporting, and Business Review Meeting slides preparation for UK Biosite.
  • Lead sales and order forecasting, EBIT Flash forecast, quarterly forecasting, and budget management for UK Biosite, with support for Construction business area consolidated reporting.
  • Deliver regular traffic light reporting on strategic projects and implement follow-up reviews to ensure business case benefits are achieved.
  • Act as point of contact for ad-hoc queries, bank payment approvals, and support strategic decision-making, business case analysis, and acquisitions.
  • Contribute to project reporting template development, continuous improvement projects, and ongoing systems transformation.
The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience in a financial analysis role.
  • Demonstrates proven analytical and problem solving skills with a commercial focus and a curious mindset.
  • Is proficient in financial systems and tools (SAP, HFM, Excel, Xero, MRPeasy, onestream preferred), with knowledge of Power BI desirable.
  • Possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and time management, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
