Your New Role

Join Warner Bros. Discovery's Consumer Products division as FP&A Director for EMEA. This is a pivotal guiding role where you'll partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders across the region and Burbank HQ. You'll oversee financial planning, forecasting, and strategic evaluation to drive business performance and support senior executives in making informed choices. Your expertise will shape the annual operating plan and ensure financial strategies align with organisational goals.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Oversee EMEA budget and forecast cycles, ensuring robust planning and insights.
  • Prepare business review materials, including revenue analysis by category, territory, and franchise.
  • Deliver variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and executive-level reporting.
  • Develop financial models and scenario assessments to evaluate growth opportunities.
  • Act as a key financial advisor to regional management, influencing strategic outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of self-service tools and enhance financial processes across EMEA.
  • Monitor performance against long-term goals and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Benchmark across territories to highlight growth potential.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on financial queries, initiatives, and projects.
  • Support regional teams in creating actionable plans for core initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in financial planning and business partnership.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data interpretation skills with ability to turn insights into action.
  • Expertise in financial systems and BI tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills essential.
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred.
  • Background in media, entertainment, retail, or consumer products advantageous.
  • Knowledge of consumer and retail trends a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Passion for Warner Bros. Discovery brands and franchises.
