A revolutionary boxing and strength training concept is expanding in London following a successful launch last year. With ambitious plans to open multiple clubs over the next five years, this is an exciting opportunity to play a founding role in reshaping the fitness landscape and join a newly opening gym as its founding GM.

Role Overview:

As the founding GM, you'll be the heartbeat of the club. From day one, you'll take ownership of:

  • Sales & Growth – driving new memberships and hitting pre‑launch and post‑launch targets.
  • Community Building – building strong relationships with members, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading from the front on the gym floor.
  • Social Media & Marketing – creating a buzz locally and online to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Operations – keeping the club running smoothly day‑to‑day.

This is a hands‑on role – expect to coach, sell, motivate, and hustle.

What We're Looking For
  • Big energy and a can‑do attitude (no room for coasting here).
  • Strong people skills – you know how to connect with and motivate others.
  • A background in sales, customer service, fitness, or personal training (PT experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Ambition to grow with the role – as the business expands, so will your opportunities.
