For the last 20 years, I’ve been building bootstrapped businesses from scratch from e-commerce brands that scaled to £100M+ in sales, to tech-enabled service companies transforming how remote teams and AI come together.

The Role

This is not a back‑office role. You’ll work directly alongside me, helping to build, optimise, and scale every part of the business from client growth to AI strategy, operations, and partnerships.

You’ll have a front‑row seat to how a multi‑venture ecosystem operates, learning across e-commerce, tech, talent, and AI and be expected to take ownership fast.

You’ll get involved in everything: growth campaigns, AI agent deployment, client success, team building, partnerships, and strategic planning.

You’ll Work On

• Supporting the CEO in driving growth, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Managing special projects, from new AI service launches to expansion into new markets.
• Coordinating with our Pakistan‑based Operator and Academy teams to ensure quality and innovation.
• Building dashboards, workflows, and automations to scale client delivery.
• Supporting client acquisition campaigns, helping our partnerships team reach founders and SME owners across the UK.
• Representing TriVA at startup and business events, sharing our mission of purpose‑driven offshoring.
• Drafting content, from thought‑leadership posts to case studies and investor decks.
• Acting as the bridge between operations, marketing, and leadership to make things happen.
