Forward Deployed Software Engineer (Python / TypeScript)

London (Hybrid Working)

£100K - £150K + Equity

The Role :

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you’ll work on problems that matter. You’ll partner with customers to understand what really drives their mission, then design and build software that changes how their business runs.

You’ll turn complex, messy data into workflows that people rely on every day. You’ll move fast, build from scratch, and deliver tools that make a real difference to operators and leaders. The work is hands‑on. You’ll see the impact of what you build in real time.

You’ll help shape how entire organisations make decisions and get work done. You’ll be part of a team that moves with pace, solves hard problems, and pushes what’s possible in this space.

The Skills You Bring :

• You care about helping customers win. You take on tough problems and build solutions that create real value.
• You think clearly and solve problems with a practical mindset. You can break down complex challenges and build end‑to‑end systems that work in the real world.
• You write strong code in Python or TypeScript. These are the languages they use every day.

• You’re open to travel when needed. It varies by project, usually between 10–33%.

Nice to Have (Not Essential) :

• A degree in Computer Science
• Experience building ML or LLM‑powered products
