Engineers operate on small, high-ownership teams that function like startup units within the company, working closely with customers to architect, build, and deploy production-grade software that drives real operational transformation.

What You Will Do

• Partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand their highest-value operational problems

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end applications that integrate deeply with enterprise data

• Develop workflows, data pipelines, and user-facing applications that meaningfully influence real-world business decisions

• Own projects from discovery through deployment—operating with high autonomy and speed

• Iterate rapidly, building net-new software that delivers measurable impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners, both internally and with customer teams

• Travel as needed for onsite implementation work (project-dependent, typically 10–33%)

• Work in a hybrid capacity from the company’s New York or London offices to stay deeply integrated with project teams

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems into clear solutions

• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript

• Experience building production-grade applications, data workflows, or analytical systems

• Ability to own outcomes end-to-end—comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across technical levels

• Proven track record of delivering impactful software or data-driven products

• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate complex ideas clearly

• Excited by fast-paced, high-ownership environments where priorities evolve quickly

• Willingness to travel for customer engagements as needed

• Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York or London for a hybrid schedule

Preferred (Not Required)

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field

• Experience with Palantir Foundry or AIP

• Experience deploying ML/LLM-based applications

• Experience building production frontends (e.g., React)

• Familiarity with distributed compute systems (e.g., Spark)
