Are you an experienced Production Operative or looking to start a career in manufacturing?
We're seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Production Operative - at DS Smith Packaging in Blunham.

You will be responsible for the safe operation of movement of materials ensuring you meet productivity and performance targets, which include quality, waste, and customer service. In addition, you will ensure that maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out in line with the planned maintenance schedule. You will also be required to support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as and when they arise.

About the Role:

• Role: Production Operative - Corrugator Team Member (Pitman Shift)
• Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH
• Rate: £15.46 per hour (paid breaks)
• Overtime: Available for 42+ hours (1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sundays)
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent (initially 3 months)
• Shift Pattern: Pitman Shift, 12-hour shifts (days and nights) from 6:00 AM/PM to 6:00 PM/AM
