Job description

As part of the depot's operations team, you'll be the principal operator of a B2 forklift and will be responsible for safe and efficient loading and unloading of our buildings onto delivery vehicles, as well as transferring them between storage and preparation areas. You'll conduct and record quality checks of our buildings, pre-delivery and upon their return. You'll also be responsible for checking and replenishment of consumables and supporting the operations team with building preparation and maintenance.

It is essential you hold a valid B2 Forklift licence with previous experience of loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ideally gained in a similar setting. You'll be someone who strives to meet deadlines, whilst always working safely, efficiently and fosters effective working relationships with colleagues. Our yard operations predominantly take place outdoors, so you should be prepared to be exposed to extremes of weather.
