Overview

Job Title: Labourer with Forklift Licence
Location: Swadlincote (DE11)
Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary - Approx. 4 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer with a valid Forklift Licence to join a busy new build housing site in Swadlincote.

The role will involve a combination of general site labouring and forklift operation. You'll be supporting bricklayers, trades, and site management to keep the build progressing efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties
• Support bricklayers and trades as required
• Operate the forklift for materials and deliveries
• Maintain site tidiness and follow health & safety standards

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence (CPCS, NPORS, or equivalent)
• CSCS card (Prefered)
• Previous experience as a site labourer (bricklaying experience an advantage)
• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
