Job description

Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our client's team in Felixstowe on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role after a 12-week probation period.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday shift pattern: 8am to 4:30pm (Counterbalance), 8:30am to 5pm (Counterbalance), 4:30pm to 1am (Counterbalance) – Will need 1 week training on day shifts before you start on nights.

Training and Skills

All roles require the willingness to be trained and upskilled onto a variety of forklifts including Flexi, Bendi, PPT and MLOP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

  • Ensure goods are stored properly to prevent damage and maintain an organised storage area.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Support inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
