Overview

Major Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and motivated Forklift & Bagging Operative to join our client's team in Cantley, Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the operation of bagging production lines
• Moving goods safely with a Counterbalance Forklift
• Conducting quality checks on packed products
• Using electronic systems for stock control
• Assisting with general factory and warehouse duties
• Engaging in manual handling tasks as required

Qualifications

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence - essential
• Flexibility to work across all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - desirable
• A good level of physical fitness and willingness to do manual work
• Own transport and driving licence preferred due to site location
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic level of English
• Right to work in the UK
