Overview

Forklift Reach Truck Driver – Temp to Perm

Location: Cardiff

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday to Friday

12-week Temp to Perm Opportunity

This role is in a busy cold storage facility handling a wide range of temperature-sensitive products including medical supplies, food items, and other regulated goods. The facility operates in chilled and frozen environments. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold storage before applying. Vehicles are temperature-controlled, so awareness of this is essential before placement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck forklift within a cold storage environment
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently
• Move and store products accurately according to safety standards
• Work with medical, food, and general supplies kept at controlled temperatures
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse

Requirements

• In-date Reach Truck forklift licence is essential
• Minimum of 6 months Reach Truck experience is preferred
• Previous experience working in chilled or frozen storage is beneficial
• Good understanding of health & safety protocols in temperature-controlled settings
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• 12-week temp-to-perm position – great long-term potential
