A leading mental health care provider in Greater London is seeking a Forensic Social Worker to support the transition of service users from secure settings to community-based care. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and enhance user recovery. Candidates must have a qualified social work degree and registration with Social Work England, plus preferred experience in forensic or mental health social work.
