A growing vegetation maintenance company based in Billericay is seeking a Team Leader to manage teams in maintaining highways and vegetation. The role requires team leadership, flexibility with predominantly night shifts, and a keen work ethic. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have previous grounds maintenance experience. The company offers competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and no work on bank holidays.
Team Leader – Highways & Vegetation Maintenance
Location: Based in Billericay, Essex (jobs up to 1.5 hours away)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday - Friday (night shifts: 6:30pm – 4:30am, occasional day shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm). 80-85% of the work is on night shifts – so flexibility is essential! Most nights are job and knock, meaning early finishes once the work is done, and Fridays often finish earlier too.
You must hold a full UK Driving Licence & SSSTS to be considered for this position.
We're looking for a Vegetation Maintenance Team Leader to join a specialist team maintaining Highways, A-roads, and Motorways across Essex and surrounding areas.
