Qualifications

• Candidates must hold relevant City & Guilds qualifications and be willing to complete a basic DBS check.
• Previous experience within facilities management or building services is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while travelling between sites on foot.

Responsibilities

• Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across commercial sites.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch repairs, door maintenance, tiling, and general building fabric upkeep.
