Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Account Manager in the foodservice sector, to drive sales and maintain key relationships. This role entails developing strategic account objectives, managing customer engagement, and analyzing sales performance. The ideal candidate will have proven account management experience in foodservice or B2B sectors and strong analytical and negotiation skills. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management within foodservice, FMCG, or B2B food sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with confidence in forecasting and budgets.
  • Proactive time management and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly account objectives.
  • Prepare for customer interactions with clear objectives.
  • Secure customer engagement for marketing plans.
  • Forecast, monitor, and control sales volume and budgets.
  • Manage account payments ensuring adherence to terms.
  • Analyse sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Build relationships with key contacts and decision makers.
  • Conduct business reviews with top regional accounts.
