About the Role

In this graduate‑level position, you’ll be immersed in the day‑to‑day technical operations that underpin food innovation. From managing product specifications and regulatory documentation to supporting cross‑functional projects with QA, R&D, and Sales teams, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the technical value chain. Expect exposure to customer requirements, product conformity processes, and digital tools used to manage specification and compliance data.

Key areas of responsibility include

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of product specifications and technical data sheets
• Supporting interpretation of customer briefs and aligning them with suitable product solutions
• Monitoring and updating compliance records, certifications, and food safety documentation
• Contributing to the streamlining and digitalisation of technical documentation workflows
• Collaborating with QA, R&D, production, and commercial teams on live projects

• A recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
• Passion for food manufacturing, ingredient innovation, and product compliance
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Familiarity with food industry regulations, BRC, and customer technical requirements is a plus
