Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers\' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- On site: Work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely
- Work site environment: Noisy; Odours; Hot
- Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession; Restaurant
- Supervision: 3-4 people; Food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Security and safety: Bondable
- Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Tight deadlines; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Physically demanding
