As our Food Service Manager - Restaurant Supervisor, you make a meaningful difference as you confidently lead our FOH and BOH teams to greatness! You ensure every aspect of our restaurant is exceptional, driving improvements in our food service operations and customer service processes. Your responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, maintaining a well-stocked inventory, and creating prep lists. Delegating tasks throughout the day, you keep your teams moving and productive. You motivate your team, ensure the restaurant is clean and the kitchen is organized, and engage with customers to elevate the overall experience and encourage repeat business.
Our ideal candidate has BOH experience and is ServSafe certified.
Our Food Service Manager - Restaurant Supervisor works 8- to 9-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm with two days off per week.
