Hygiene Manager / Contract Support Role - Carlisle

12-week contract opportunity starting immediately and ending Sunday 12 April 2026. The role is Thursday to Sunday, 6:00am-2:00pm, based on site in Caldewgate, Carlisle (CA2 5TG).

This position involves leading and supporting an on-site hygiene team within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring high standards of cleaning, compliance, and audit readiness. You'll be responsible for managing hygiene documentation, training staff, conducting audits and inspections, overseeing health & safety, and supporting day-to-day contract operations. The role is client-facing and requires strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
