The F&B Auditor is responsible for supporting the growth in sales through delivery of training and projects, ensuring service excellence for clients. You help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment to international and local standards. You will get the opportunity to lead and develop our work on a wide range of Food and Beverage services from auditing and training services.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be expected to support the growth of DNV’s business in Food & Beverage sector and delivery for a range of services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:

  • Conduct 3rd party audits for various food safety management schemes.
  • Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure.
  • Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system.
  • Document and report audit activities and results.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team.
  • Training and building services.

You will be expected to lead project teams as well as helping to grow our business through the following activities:

  • Innovate by understanding ever changing client needs, proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions by offering DNV services to them.
  • Lead projects, ensuring they are executed to clients’ expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards and food schemes requirements.
  • Lead and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Introduce services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients.

Skills / Competencies / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science or technology or academic qualifications relevant to food and beverage subject areas;
  • Qualified Lead Auditor and hold accredited auditor credentials in one or more of the following conformity assessment schemes: BRC Food, BRC Packaging, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, MSC, ASC, ISO 9001, ISO22000:2018.
  • Min 3 years in quality management system experience relevant to food and beverage, qualification in FSSC 22000, BRCGS, MSC, ASC, ISO 9001 preferred.
  • Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence.
  • Outstanding communicator, with excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines.
  • Ability to identify and expand consultant network who can assist in developing new sales leads.
  • Willingness to travel and work around Korea and other locations.
