ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities include: helping residents choose meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, removing and replenishing dirty crockery, and ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit options are available. Be aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
