Overview

FNOL Motor Claims Handler

Location: Manchester (office-based during probation)

Salary: £28, + 10% bonus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

IPS is working with an innovative and fast-growing InsurTech who are expanding its UK claims operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join their team as an FNOL Claims Handler becoming the initial point of contact for customers when they report a motor incident.

The Role

You will handle First Notification of Loss (FNOL) calls, capturing accurate incident details and assessing the situation to ensure each claim is set up correctly from the very start. You’ll be speaking with customers at a stressful moment, so a calm and reassuring approach is essential as you ensure they receive a seamless journey.

You’ll work closely with internal colleagues and external suppliers to keep processes moving effectively and maintain exceptional levels of service. As the UK operation continues to grow, you’ll also play a role in improving workflows and customer experience.

About You

You’ll have previous experience handling motor FNOL calls within an insurer or claims environment, with strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused approach. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple demands, and have great attention to detail when capturing incident information.
