You will handle First Notification of Loss claims, manage a varied caseload, and act as a point of contact for policyholders and brokers. MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in the Bolton area, who are looking to expand their FNOL motor claims handling team. Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience in handling FNOL claims.

Motor Claims Handler duties:

  • Handle First Notification of Loss Motor Claims
  • Manage a varied caseload of FNOL claims via telephones
  • Effectively prioritise own FNOL Call load and manage customer expectations
  • Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
  • Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
  • Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
