A leading recruitment agency is seeking dedicated Counterbalance Drivers in Loughborough to support logistics operations. The role requires operating MHE equipment, attention to detail, and teamwork. Successful candidates will work Monday to Friday, earning £13.23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. Training will be provided, and flexibility is essential during peak seasons.
Counterbalance Drivers - Loughborough - Immediate start. Our client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated FLT Drivers at their Loughborough location (LE11 1LE).
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM; 30-minute unpaid break.
Pay Rates: £13.23 per hour (overtime after 37.5 hours £17.86 per hour).
Paid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employment.
All employees must work flexibly to support the Peak Season and as such their hours of work may be variable for periods of time to meet business needs. All employees will be trained across all functions in order to multitask giving flexibility of employment. All employees will be expected to work to agreed quality and accuracy levels whilst achieving hourly production rates.
