Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or contractor environment.
• Working towards becoming a member of a related professional body (Eg RICS) is desirable.
• Good understanding of NEC suite of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver capital investment projects for flood alleviation schemes.
• Provide client-side cost/commercial management support during all stages of the project.
• Support Cost/Commercial Management commissions and their delivery.
