A prominent flight training academy located in Bournemouth seeks a Multi-Engine Flight Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in a state-of-the-art environment. The instructor must hold a UK Part-FCL unrestricted Flight Instructor qualification and possess significant flight time. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, and flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for both full-time and part-time applicants.

As a Multi‑Engine Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality flight and simulator instruction to our trainees in compliance with Skyborne's training and safety standards, and in line with the applicable Aviation Authority regulations. You will instruct at a state‑of‑the‑art training facility using the very latest aircraft, simulators and courseware, and will work alongside inspiring colleagues committed to delivering the very best.
Conduct training in accordance with the approved ATO training manual and Academy published schedule/programme, and deliver briefings and debriefings to trainees. Comply with all rules and procedures detailed in the ATO Operations Manual and uphold flight safety in every aspect of training.
