Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with complex health needs.
• Ability to relate to children and their families.
• Experience of relevant clinical procedures and technology dependency.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective care to children in their homes and the community.
• Support children’s development in partnership with families.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate records.
