Flexible Primary Teachers - Daily and Temporary Supply Opportunities (NG24 Area)
Location: Newark & Surrounding Villages (NG24)
Start Date: Ongoing - Immediate Starts Available
Salary: £130-£170 per day

Education Personnel is seeking flexible and enthusiastic primary teachers to support our growing number of daily supply bookings across the NG24 area. We work closely with a wide range of welcoming and well-regarded primary schools who require reliable teachers to cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on both a short-term and day-to-day basis.

If you enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and want the freedom to choose when and where you work, our NG24 supply opportunities could be a perfect fit.

We have consistent daily requests in the area and are keen to register teachers who can step into friendly schools, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute positively to each classroom they support. You must be prepared to make yourself available between 7 and 7:30 in the morning in order to reach schools in good time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Ensure a positive, calm and engaging learning environment in each classroom
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit the needs of different learners and year groups
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with each school's policies
• Provide feedback to the regular class teacher at the end of each day
• Maintain a professional, flexible and supportive approach to each placement

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within primary settings (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new schools and routines
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confident, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality teaching
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, flexible and available for short-notice bookings
