A community-focused charity is seeking flexible Early Years and Family Educators to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality educational sessions to support child development and engage parents in learning. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and strong communication skills. This position requires collaboration with various agencies to deliver seamless support to families. A comprehensive induction and training package will be provided, along with mileage compensation. The role is flexible with hours as required.
We are currently recruiting to expand our team of flexible Early Years and Family Educators working as part of the Early Years and Family Service in Boston, South Holland, East Lindsey, West Lindsey, North and South Kesteven and Lincoln.

You would be joining an experienced and dedicated team of early years and family educators, working across Lincolnshire children’s centres and local communities to deliver the new Early Years and Family Service, supporting all children to have the best start in life. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families providing high quality fun and educational sessions, while supporting child development, early learning, positive health outcomes and positive parenting, including emotional literacy and working as part of an integrated early years team. The Early Years Alliance would provide you with exciting training and the opportunity to learn new skills and experiences to support your professional development.
A comprehensive induction and support package will be provided to the successful candidate.
Mileage from an agreed base is paid at 35p per mile.
