Qualifications

  • Experience in building surveying, planned works, or housing maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction and defects.
  • Experience producing specifications and contract documentation.
  • Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out stock condition surveys and ensure asset data is accurate.
  • Produce detailed specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for capital works.
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, CDM, and asbestos requirements.
  • Assist with procurement and contractor selection.
