• Experience in a Behaviour Mentor / Learning Mentor role or related field.
• Experience working with young people with SEMH needs or trauma-informed backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Offer behaviour support during crises.
• Build strong professional relationships.
• Help develop social skills and resilience.
