A leading water services company in Coventry is seeking a Fleet Technician to maintain a diverse range of vehicles. The ideal candidate should have HGV experience and relevant qualifications for vehicle maintenance. We're looking for a Fleet Technician with HGV experience to join our busy servicing team, working Monday – Friday, based at our Finham, Coventry site.
This is a great opportunity for a technician looking for a varied role, where you'll use your mechanical knowledge to find faults, maintain service levels, and repair vehicles in the broad and varied Severn Trent Water Fleet of over 3,000 vehicles (this can include cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles and mobile plant).
Driving will be part of this role so a full manual driving licence is required.
It’s essential that you have experience of Fleet Maintenance and have completed a recognised Apprenticeship with City & Guilds qualifications or NVQ equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 and above).
A Level 3 qualification in HGV Service & Maintenance is vital plus a HGV licence would be an added bonus.
