Overview

This is a 6-month interim assignment for a Fleet/Procurement professional with a private equity-backed company that provides highway management services. The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the current fleet of 1,100 vehicles (mostly light commercial with some modified vehicles)
• Developing a fleet procurement strategy to optimise efficiency and reduce costs
• Running a supplier tender and making recommendations to senior stakeholders

Details

This is an outside IR35 role with a day rate up to 420 based on full-time days, though part-time options could be considered.

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience managing commercial fleets (construction, utilities, roadside assistance, or similar)
• Led strategic procurement projects and can present with gravitas to senior management
• Ideally, experience with modified vehicles or complex fleet setups
