Job Description

We are hiring immediately for Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift. Join us with huge hike + incentive.

• Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e‑mails etc.
• Analyze issues correctly and sell the relevant plans and software.
• Have dialled in outbound tech process for more than 6 months.
• Close calls and take payments from customers.
• Confident in pitching service plans to customers.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable with night shift.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree.
