As a Fitter Trainer, you'll split your time between hands‑on training (80%) and classroom instruction (20%). You'll be the expert guide for our apprentices and employees, assisting with everything from soft skills development to complex Part 145 and Part 147 training. You'll use your extensive experience in aviation maintenance and your deep understanding of regulations to coach and mentor our team to success.
If you have a training, leadership, or mentoring qualification, or previous experience as an aircraft engineering trainer!
