Join Our Team as a Fitness Advisor at Sodexo! London - Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts across:

  • 6:30am - 3:00pm
  • Late shift - 10:30am - 7:00pm

£14 - £15.38 per hour plus Sodexo benefits. Exciting opportunity for career development within the Wellness/Fitness space. 28 Days Holiday rising to 33 Days with Service (Including Bank Holidays).

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Fitness Advisor to join Sodexo at the global headquarters of one of our key clients. Located in what is recognised as one of the world's healthiest buildings, this is a workplace where wellness is at the heart of everything—from the gym to the onsite restaurant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the wellness floor, including delivering engaging group fitness classes and supporting the coordination of wellness events throughout the year.

What you'll do:
  • Assist in managing and developing facilities and activities, ensuring classes meet customer requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and legislation
  • Maintain equipment, services, and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Provide high-quality service consistently
  • Oversee gym, equipment, and Wellness floor operations
  • Screen, induct, and assess members; develop and review fitness programmes
  • Lead daily classes; ensure they meet customer needs and assist with timetable reviews
  • Organise outside activities like walking clubs and energisers
  • Support wellness activities with Fitness and Wellbeing Managers
  • Ensure enjoyable member experiences
  • Resolve queries positively
  • Promote all club activities
What you'll bring:
  • 1+ year in the fitness industry; strong customer service skills
  • Minimum Level 3 personal trainer qualification
  • Service-oriented with an innovative mindset
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends
  • Effective communicator, able to communicate with a wide range of customers and multi-service teams
  • Previous experience and confidence in running exercise classes. Sports organisation, Group cycle, Yoga or Pilates would be an advantage.
