Overview

FIT Sales and Operations Executive, Japanese Speaker: This well established specialist Tour Operator are seeking candidates who will be dealing with FIT booking and operation enquires within their B2B team. This role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis following probation with a salary of up to £28,000 rising to £29K after 3 months, plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• B2B sales handling FIT reservations and bookings from the Asian market speaking Japanese.
• Calculation and preparation of packages, tailormade itineraries, and ad-hoc products.
• Emailing offers to clients and providing suggestions for their bookings.
• Issuing rail tickets and travel documentation.
• Administrative support to the head of department.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the travel industry ideally in a similar role.
• Fluent Japanese and English - Written and Spoken.
• Good IT and MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Information

• Salary up to £28,000 increasing to £29K after 3 months plus annual bonus.
• £500 annual benefit allowance towards commute costs or gym membership (pro-rata).
• Hybrid with office in City of London: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home following probation.
